Galaxy Macau Tam Chai Yu Chun is back on August 23 with a new dim sum menu that features a range of Cantonese classics handcrafted by the experienced Chef Chin. Discover the flavors of yesteryear through our Traditional Jumbo Chicken Bun, Steamed Pork Dumplings topped with Pork Liver and more. The Signature Crystal Shrimp Dumplings are a must-try. The translucent skin of the 4 dumplings is colored by the juice of carrot, beetroot and spinach respectively and each dumpling features a different filling inside.
