2022年的「世界美食之都 (中國) 薈聚濠江2022系列活動」已於澳門順利舉行。永利餐飲管理學院代表杜樂曦受邀擔任美食發展交流論壇的主講嘉賓，就澳葡美食文化的傳承為講題，與一眾來賓作分享。此外，更與來自澳門、成都、順德、揚州以及淮安五個美食之都的名廚交流不同地區的飲食文化，繼續推廣澳門成為「創意城市美食之都」！

Our representative from Wynn Food and Beverage Academy, Chef Otilia Rodrigues Novo was invited as a guest speaker at this year’s City of Gastronomy Forum in Macau 2022, sharing the topic of Gastronomic Heritage of Macanese Cuisine. The events were also attended by master chefs and leaders in the food and beverage industry from Macau, Chengdu, Shunde, Yangzhou and Huaian, gathered to share their unique regional culinary cultures and promote Macau as a vibrant Creative City of Gastronomy.
