This June, Executive Chef Morihiro Takeda from Yamazato proudly presents the exquisite Aoi #Kaiseki, showcasing the finest quality sea bass sourced from Shizuoka, expertly grilled alongside seasonal asparagus and juicy fruit tomato. Another seafood sensation, hair tail fish, is deep-fried and paired with Kyoto eggplant to create a harmonious blend of fluffy and crispy textures.
