Indulge in a flavourful culinary journey of Chinese cuisine with the specialty dishes cooked with the fresh ingredients of the season at Le Chinois.
Must be reserved in advance is the Beggar’s Chicken which is wrapped in lotus leaves and dough and baked at low heat, resulting in the most tender, moist, and aromatic meat ever. The melt-in-the-mouth Braised Mini Dongpo Pork and the refreshing Pan-fried Scallop with Lotus Root among other dishes are not to be missed. Master Chef has also prepared two set menus of classic homely Cantonese delicacies to tickle your taste buds.
What’s more? From May 3 – 9, Le Chinois presents 2 kinds of Wonder Mum Special Set Menu to celebrate the incredible festival with your dear mum and families.
