Legend Palace Hotel and Harbourview Hotel will be hosting Tai Chi Qi Gong classes, led by the Chief Instructor of Macau Wudang Tai Chi Culture Association, youll learn the Wudang Five Elements Qi Gong, Yang Qi Chun and the 24-Form Tai Chi. Elevating your physical, mental, and spiritual well-being while finding balance and harmony.
