華嫂冰室以同益百花魁皇牌產品創造獨一無二的茶餐廳風味致敬澳門餐飲文化 – 「家鄉紅燒肉軟豬」以磨豉醬燜煮五花肉，搭配紅蘇薑夾入香軟的豬仔包，相當邪惡；「豉油皇肉絲炒麵」以頭抽增添醬香， 每一口都鑊氣十足；「五柳甜酸骨」融合五款醃菜酸甜鹹鮮與排骨同煮，集酸、甜、鹹、鮮於一身，可以拌十碗白飯！

Galaxy Macau is proud to present a captivating collaboration series that celebrates the rich culinary heritage of Macau with many Macau local eateries – “Timeless Flavors of Macau”.
The first edition features Waso Cafe and Tong Iec Pak Fa Fui, a century-old local maker of preserved fruits and cooking sauces since 1903. The culinary team at Waso Cafe has meticulously incorporated Pak Fa Fui’s beloved products into exceptional Cha Chaan Teng specialties such as Braised Pork Belly in Waso Soft Bun, Pork Ribs with Five Preserved Vegetables, and Stir-fried Noodles with Soy Sauce.
For drinks, we have Preserved Plum and Mulberry Herbal Tea, Soda with Dried Tangerine Peel and Dried Sweet Plum, and Sprite with Salted Lemon and Fresh Lemon!
