#花悅庭 主廚胡發祺師傅把這被稱為「海中紅寶石」、鮮豔紅色外表及肉質肥美而聞名的喜知次放入招牌果木烤爐中熏烤,製成散發淡淡果木香氣🪵🪵、唇齒留香的六月限定菜品。鰣魚號稱是長江三鮮,每年吃鰣魚當造的日子不長,無論是捕或吃都要乘時而為。胡師傅以滬式清蒸烹調這條被譽為「一口千金」鮮美細膩的奢侈品。「淡水蝦王」羅氏蝦以江浙獨有的特色醪糟醃製入味,鮮甜彈牙的肉質加上花雕獨有的酒香,回味悠長。

“Kinki kichiji” is very precious due to its limited availability and rich, buttery flavor. In June, our chefs at #BlossomPalaces elevate this fish to a next level by roasting in our signature oven with fruitwood🪵🪵, infused with a subtle fruity aroma that lingers delightfully on the palate.

“Hilsa Fish”, hailed as one of the “Three Delicacies of the Chang Jiang”, has a very short peak season every year. Chef Ricky prepares this luxurious fish in traditional Shanghai style by steaming with Huadiao Wine to highlight its exquisite tenderness. The last but not least, Giant Fresh Water Prawns are marinated with Glutinous Rice Wine, enhancing its natural sweetness with distinctive fragrance of huadiao wine for a long-lasting after taste.

The lunch set menu has also been elevated with new additions to surprise your taste buds every time! You can savor Pork Ear Terrine with Chili Oil and Marinated Winter Melon in Orange Juice with Caviar this time, paired with our signature Peking Duck – a lavish midday feast!
