優惠適用於指定星皓廣場商戶線下門店（下稱”參與商戶”）。

優惠金額以澳門幣為單位。
付款金額以顧客實付為準。如交易發生退款或退貨，優惠金額不予退還；如交易發生“部分退款”以顧客實付金額按比例進行退款，優惠金額不予退還。優惠不適用於所有退款交易、欺詐交易或最終被取消之交易。
優惠不能兌換現金、其他產品或服務，亦不得轉讓。

NOVA Mall ““Let’s Celebrate Hallowin @ NOVA Mall” is valid as from 25 October 2025 till 31 October 2025, both days inclusive (hereinafter referred to as "Promotion Period").
The promotion is available to NOVA Mall in Macau only (hereinafter referred to as “Participating Merchant”）.

During Promotion Period, users of MPay wallet (hereinafter referred to as "MPay") with single net spending of MOP200 or above is entitled to enjoy the MPay ‘Instant Deduction’” (hereinafter referred to as “Activity”) and conditions hereof.
Rules of “Activity”: During the Promotion Period, MPay user with single net spending of MOP200 or above（Calculated based on the self-financed consumption amount after deducting the discounts provided by merchants and payment institutions from the order amount）in Participating Merchant will be automatically deducted MOP12 at a single purchase using MPay for payment.
Each user can enjoy the offer once during the Promotion Period.
This Offer is applicable to all MPay Registered Users; including Level 1, Level 2, Level 3A, Level 3B and JR Level.
To be eligible for the Offers, customer is required to settle full payment with MPay.
All the offers are priced in MOP.
Single net spending refers to the final transaction amount charged after all applicable discounts, reductions and use of coupons. If the transaction is refunded or returned, the amount paid by the customer shall prevail and the discount amount will not be refunded; if a "partial refund" occurs in the transaction, the amount will be refunded proportionally to the amount actually paid by the customer, and the discount amount will not be refunded. The offers are not applicable to any refund, fraudulent or cancelled transactions.
The offer cannot be exchanged for cash, products or services and are non-transferable.
The offer is subjected to a first-come-first served basis and while offer lasts.
This offer is only applicable to transactions paid through MPay and completed with Macau Pass terminal devices.
Macau Pass and NOVA Mall accepts no liability for and makes no representations or warranties regarding the quality of goods and services provided by the designated merchant.
Macau Pass and NOVA Mall shall have the right to amend the terms and conditions, change or terminate the offer at any time without advance notice and are not liable for any changes or termination of the relevant offers or terms.
In case of dispute arising out of this promotion, the decision of Macau Pass and NOVA Mall shall be final and conclusive.
All participants are regarded as having read agreed and accepted all of the terms and conditions.
Should there be any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Chinese version of the terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall apply and prevail.
The Terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Macao Special Administrative Region.
