活動條款及細則：
1.優惠推廣期由2025年11月14日至11月30日，包括首尾兩日（下稱：活動期）。
2.優惠適用於2025年第二十五屆澳門美食節現場所有攤位。
3.於活動期內，MPay用戶於2025年第二十五屆澳門美食節現場攤位單筆實付消費滿MOP 50或以上可參與抽獎活動（下稱：活動）。
4.活動參加者需進入MPay活動頁面並同意參與活動。
5.2025年澳門美食節MPay抽獎活動玩法：
- 於活動期內，MPay用戶於2025年第二十五屆澳門美食節現場攤位單筆實付金額消費滿MOP50或以上，即可獲得抽獎機會1次(不影響MPay其他Pay住賞的活動抽獎次數)，於MPay澳門錢包的“Pay住賞”活動頁面內進行抽獎。於活動期內，用戶可於MPay內入口重新進入頁面並點擊參與抽獎。
- 同一用戶活動期間每日可獲得之抽獎機會不設上限。
- 抽獎所得的獎賞設有指定有效期，電子券自領取日起活動期內有效，參加者須於獲得後的指定日期內於指定商戶及指定時間依據使用條款進行核銷（具體可使用時間同時亦視乎用戶選擇的商戶營業時間而定）逾期無效。
- 參加者在本活動中獲得的實體獎品、電子券、商戶優惠等獎賞，可於MPay澳門錢包內“我的”內“利是/折扣/兌換券”及“Pay住賞”內“我的獎賞”頁查詢。上述提及之獎賞不可轉換、轉讓或兌換現金。如已核銷或已獲得，恕不補發；如有退貨或退款，所對應的相關優惠金額將不予退回。活動單位保留處理所有獎賞的最終決定權。
- 獎品數量有限，領完即止，且活動非100%中獎。
6.本活動優惠僅適用於通過MPay全額支付完成的交易。
7.抽獎金額以澳門幣為單位。
8.付款金額以顧客實付為準。如交易發生退款或退貨，優惠金額不予退還；如交易發生“部分退款”以顧客實付金額按比例進行退款，優惠金額不予退還。優惠不適用於所有退款交易、欺詐交易或最終被取消之交易。
9.獎賞不能兌換現金、其他產品或服務，亦不得轉讓。
10.獎賞僅限於澳門通機具內核銷。
11.澳門通股份有限公司並非產品或者服務供應商，故此不會就有關產品或者服務承擔任何責任。
12.澳門通股份有限公司與參與商戶有權隨時修改條款及細則、更改或終止優惠，無須另行通知，亦恕不承擔任何有關優惠或條款更改或終止所引起的責任。
13.如有任何爭議，澳門通股份有限公司與參與商戶保留最終決定權。
14.如中英文版有差異，一概以中文版為準。

Terms and Conditions of the Promotion
1.The promotion period is from November 14, 2025 to November 30, 2025, inclusive of both start and end dates (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion Period").
2.This promotion applies to all booths at the 25th Macao Food Festival 2025.
3.During the Promotion Period, MPay users who make a single actual payment of MOP 50 or more at the on-site booths of the 25th Macao Food Festival 2025 are eligible to participate in the lucky draw (hereinafter referred to as the "Activity").
4.Participants of the Activity must access the MPay Activity page and agree to participate in the Activity.
5.Rules for the MPay Lucky Draw of the 25th Macao Food Festival 2025:
- During the Promotion Period, MPay users who make a single actual payment of MOP 50 or more at the on-site booths of the 25th Macao Food Festival 2025 will receive one lucky draw chance (which does not affect the number of lucky draw chances for other MPay "Pay Rewards" activities). The lucky draw can be conducted on the "Pay Rewards" activity page within the MPay Macao Wallet. During the Promotion Period, users can re-enter the page through the entrance in MPay and click to participate in the lucky draw.
- There is no upper limit on the number of lucky draw chances a single user can obtain per day during the Promotion Period.
- The prizes won in the lucky draw have a specified validity period. E-vouchers are valid within the Promotion Period from the date of collection. Participants must redeem the e-vouchers at designated merchants within the specified time after collection in accordance with the terms of use (the specific usable time is also subject to the business hours of the merchant selected by the user); they will be invalid if not used within the validity period.
- Prizes obtained by participants in this Activity, such as physical prizes, e-vouchers, and merchant discounts, can be checked in the "My" section of the MPay Macao Wallet, under "Red Packets/Discounts/Redeem Vouchers" and "My Prizes" in "Pay Rewards". The aforementioned prizes cannot be converted, transferred, or redeemed for cash. Once redeemed or obtained, they will not be reissued; in case of return or refund, the corresponding discount amount will not be refunded. The organizer reserves the final right to handle all prizes.
- The quantity of prizes is limited, and they will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis until stock runs out. Additionally, winning is not guaranteed (i.e., the winning rate is not 100%).
6.This promotion offer is only applicable to transactions fully paid through MPay.
7.The amount for the lucky draw is calculated in Macanese Pataca (MOP).
8.The payment amount shall be based on the actual amount paid by the customer. In case of refund or return of the transaction, the discount amount will not be refunded; in case of "partial refund" of the transaction, the refund will be made proportionally based on the actual amount paid by the customer, and the discount amount will not be refunded. This promotion does not apply to all refunded transactions, fraudulent transactions, or transactions that are ultimately cancelled.
9.Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash, other products, or services, nor can they be transferred.
10.Prizes can only be redeemed via Macau Pass terminals.
11.Macau Pass Limited is not the supplier of the products or services, and therefore shall not bear any liability for the relevant products or services.
12.Macau Pass Limited and the participating merchants reserve the right to modify the terms and conditions, change, or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice, and shall not be liable for any consequences arising from the modification or termination of the promotion or its terms.
13.In case of any dispute, Macau Pass Limited and the participating merchants reserve the final right of decision.
14.In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
15.These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Macao Special Administrative Region.
